After receiving this voucher, if wanting a unique piece made just for them then the recipient and I will discuss their ideas and preferences and I will remain in contact until they are happy with the design and ready to proceed. Depending on the time of year and scale of the project, completion of bespoke pieces takes between two weeks and two months.
